Feet First Soccer is excited to be at Davidson Academy! We really look forward to seeing your child each week at class. Below is the weekly schedule for soccer students

Coaching Staff

Born and raised in Music City, Dave grew up playing little league soccer when the sport was still new to Nashville. As a player who simply loved being part of a team, scoring goals, and having fun, he relates closely to young players today.

With over eight years of coaching experience, Dave has led both recreational and travel youth soccer teams. His 2017 Boys Travel team is currently ranked #1 in the nation. He lives by the motto: "FUN is the first objective, development is the second, and success is the byproduct." His goal is to create a positive environment where players fall in love with the game, enjoy practice, and eagerly anticipate game day.

Dave married his high school sweetheart, Kayla, in 2016, and they have two children, both of whom started soccer at an early age. Outside of soccer, he’s a passionate fan of (American) football too. He’s excited to be part of Nashville Upstart Athletics and looks forward to growing the game for young players in the greater Nashville area!

Monthly Curriculum

Every month, your child will focus on a new soccer move and character trait while going on many fun adventures. We want your child to be able to take what they learn in school then practice it at home - and we want you to be involved too! Each month we will send out a similar newsletter through Playmetrics. Feet First Class FAQs

WHAT IS FEET FIRST CLASS AT SCHOOL?

Feet First Soccer classes are designed to maximize MVPA (moderate to vigorous physical activity) during your child's school day. This helps them perform better in school and is a welcomed break from their normal routines. Our trained coach comes to your child's school once per week and leads a fun & engaging 30-minute soccer class.

DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING ANYTHING FOR FEET FIRST CLASS?

Nope! Your coach will come prepared with all of the needed gear for a fun & engaging soccer class. The only request is that your child wear comfortable clothes on Feet First days. No special clothes, shoes or gear is needed.

WHO WILL BE COACHING MY CHILD?

Coach Dave will be leading the classes. See above to find out more about him.

WHAT WILL MY CHILD BE DOING IN FEET FIRST CLASS?

Your child will go on imaginative adventures while learning real soccer skills. Each child will have a soccer ball at their feet for the entire class. MY CHILD LOVED THE FREE TRIAL AND I'M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Great! The next step is registering for the ongoing regular classes. You may do so by clicking here. You only need to sign up once and your account will be automatically billed each month. You can cancel at anytime.

HOW MUCH IS THE CLASS?

Feet First Class is $50, billed monthly. The number of classes per month will range from 3-5, depending on the number of weeks in each month. Sign up and billing will be done through your school.
